Started My Career
Began my career as an IT Assistant at Damak Hospital, gaining hands-on experience in user support, hardware/software and communication systems.
Expanding Responsibilities
Worked as an IT Officer at Mangsebung Rural Municipality, supporting Office365, Active Directory and network infrastructure.
New Experiences
Joined Purwa News Media as an IT Support Engineer, working with different systems, users and digital platforms.
International Exposure
Worked at Compass Group, Ealing Hospital (UK) as a Porter Helpdesk Assistant, handling high-volume service requests and delivering excellent customer service.
Academic Growth
Completed MSc Information Technology from the University of the West of Scotland.
